VICTORIA HAZARD – COUNSELLOR/PSYCHOTHERAPIST
My name is Victoria. I am a counsellor/psychotherapist with my practice based here at NutriVital. My intention is to create a safe space for each person to explore whatever it is that has brought them to counselling. I work collaboratively, accompanying the client on their journey as they begin to place their symptoms in the context of their lives, in a meaningful and creative way. I integrate different counselling approaches to work with a wide range of issues and have experience working with both adolescents and adults. Contact: 07535 552295.
NICOLA WINTER – PERSON-CENTRED COUNCELLOR

Originally developed as part of an advanced medical toolkit for space missions, SCENAR (Self-Controlled Energo Neuro Adaptive Regulator) is now used routinely in hospitals, by medical professionals and top athletes.
Rather than a biochemical effect like that of drugs or herbs, homeopathy works on an “energetic” level, which actually means that it helps correct patterns of imbalance by providing an informational signature for your body to follow.
Providing your body with the optimal intakes of nutrients contributes enormously to optimising health and vitality. It is often said that “you are what you eat”. Its a bit more accurate to say “you are what you absorb” and certainly the two can be very different.
