Classes on Fridays from 6pm to 7.15pm and Saturdays from 9am to 10.15 pm.
£12.50 prepaid by Paypal – £15 drop in and pay on the day. All are welcome.
Come and experience a deep connection. Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness and is for everyone. No experience necessary.
We use breath, postures, meditation and mantra, following a set Kriya ending with relaxation.
